The Business of Being a Practising NAAB Appraiser
This webinar session is the final part of the 2024-2025 Masterclass course curriculum. Fredericton and Ottawa Masterclass participants must complete the webinar to get the PNA designation.
This two-hour session will cover a variety of topics related to the business of being a Practising NAAB Appraiser (PNA). Participants will learn about appraisal fees; appraiser qualifications, skills, competencies and abilities; professional development; business structure; setting up a small business as an appraiser; contracts and agreements for archival monetary appraisal services; professional conduct & ethical Issues; income and expenses; insurance; record keeping; and dispute resolution.
There will also be information about being part of a NAAB Panel, chairing a Panel, deadlines, and submitting your receipts and expenses.
